@primenewsnetwokworld: Former Hawks head Dr Lieutenant-General Godfrey Lebeya has told the Madlanga Commission that private investigator Paul Robert O’Sullivan previously lodged a court case based on provisions of Chapter 6A of the SAPS Act. Lebeya said O’Sullivan withdrew the case after the DPCI pointed out that the provisions he relied on had been deleted by the Constitutional Court. He said their relationship remained cordial until around 2023–2024, when O’Sullivan asked for an update on the Phala Phala investigation.
