They have belts in that van I can see it and the officer should’ve and could’ve secured the perp. Now he’s Paralyzed from the chest down. These officers deserve life in prison all of them for costing this man his ability to use his body forever.

Still paralyzed to this day after a broken neck. The officers’ charges got dropped. Randy got a $45M settlement.
