security decisions should not based on remours,"that civilians are saying.." you shd go slow on security related issues.u mean the check point was majorly mounted there to exortote,?! , the issue of exortating can be handled cose I believe those are isolated bad character among the few officers, whoever alleges exortotion shd make a formal complaint against the officer that does t, otherwise, civilians are tricky, u will hear them say that they don't want a police station.
