so....oregon and idaho.. cps (i worked for them) will tell parents. if a child can use a phone they are ok. theres actually NO required age limit that your kids can be left alone. idaho I can have my 10 year old watch my 2 year old. ITS RIDICULOUS. cps doesnt help families they break them. now I do recpit for foster kids!!

very true and I think there's other states that don't even have any age that a child should not be left home alone anymore when I was a kid it was 12 now I guess you can just leave a nine month old if you want to like she did
