@lukemitchellpt: 5 meals I ate on repeat to lose 22kg... without feeling like I was on a diet ๐ Comment "PRIORITY" if you want first access to my September 8-Week Challenge. People think I lived on chicken and broccoli... I didn't. I just found meals I genuinely enjoyed. 1. Chicken fajita bowl ๐ฎ Chicken, peppers, onions, rice, salsa and a little grated cheese. Everything I loved about fajitas without overdoing the calories. 2. Bacon, eggs & sourdough ๐ณ A high-protein breakfast that actually kept me full instead of reaching for snacks an hour later. 3. Homemade burger & air fryer chips ๐๐ 5% mince, brioche bun, salad, burger sauce and homemade chips. It never felt like "diet food." 4. Teriyaki chicken stir-fry ๐ Chicken, noodles, loads of vegetables and a light teriyaki sauce. Quick, filling and packed with protein. 5. Cottage pie ๐ฅ Lean beef mince, plenty of vegetables and a lighter mashed potato topping. Comfort food that still fitted my calories. The biggest lesson? Fat loss isn't about eating foods you hate. It's about making your favourite meals work for your goals. Comment "PRIORITY" if you want first access to my September 8-Week Challenge. I'll show you exactly how to lose fat while still eating meals you actually enjoy.
