@iamdjslayher: On March 13, 2025, I discovered a lump in my right breast and scheduled a doctor’s appointment. After a mammogram, I was told I needed a biopsy. Then, on June 12, 2025, I received the life-changing call: at just 38 years old, I was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer. I cried. I screamed. I thought about life, death, and everything in between. It was a lot to process…My doctors initially recommended a lumpectomy, but after discovering how large the tumor was, a mastectomy was the best option. To reduce the risk of recurrence and further complications, I chose to have a double mastectomy on August 27,2025 Today, August 27, 2026, I’m thankful to still be standing, fighting, and still cancer-free. 🙏🏽💗 One year later, I’m a living testimony that I made it through. #cancersucks #cancersurvivor #blessings #fyp

Here’s what you’ll need 👇 • Lean ground beef 2 lbs • Taco seasoning • Red bell pepper • Light Laughing Cow cheese wedges • Plain Greek yogurt • Carb Balance burrito-size tortillas • Fat-free shredded cheese • Siete tortilla chips For the taco sauce: • Light sour cream • Plain Greek yogurt • Lime juice • Taco seasoning For serving: lettuce, taco sauce, extra cheese, any of your favorite toppings ❤️ Preheat your oven to 400°F. Sauté the diced bell pepper until softened, then brown your ground beef and drain any excess grease. Add taco seasoning, the bell pepper, Laughing Cow cheese and Greek yogurt and mix until everything is creamy and combined. For the taco sauce, mix together light sour cream, Greek yogurt, fresh lime juice and taco seasoning. Layer tortillas in the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish, followed by half of the beef mixture, shredded cheese and crushed chips. Repeat the layers and finish with tortillas on top.
