@declassifieduk: In an exclusive interview, veteran human rights lawyer Chris Sidoti told Declassified that, as the UK was selling weapons and military equipment to Israel throughout the genocide, Britain and its leaders could be considered complicit in war crimes and crimes against humanity under international law. Sidoti also spoke to us about the responsibility of the UK to investigate Israeli soldiers returning from Gaza, after he told the UN commission this year that, ‘anyone who has served in the Israel Defense Forces in Gaza since October 2023 must be considered a suspect for the commission of war crimes, crimes against humanity and the crime of genocide’.
