Two years is too much for a kid depending his Moms name, reputation and dignity, the problem I’ve seen in 35 years is law is protective more of those who don’t comprehend law, it’s a verbal insult to make rumors or harmful slurs or threats against anyone and many are excused, causing people to think they can mistreat others verbally , when online bullying is just as harmful and that’s taken with greater discipline
