I am 65 and I walk barefooted to my mailbox and back on asphalt and brick. It's about 400 feet each way and I can still feel every pebble in the asphalt. I have numbness in "my pinky finger and occasionally half of my ring finger" I have Kidney disease stage 2 so I take alpha Lipoic Acid
