@oldmanwisdom_: Communication really isn’t that complicated. If someone asks you a question because they’re trying to understand you better, answer it. Don’t hit them with “you should already know.” How the hell are they supposed to know if you’ve never actually told them? And guys, ask more questions. Stop assuming you already know what she thinks, wants or feels. We’ve got two ears and one mouth for a reason. Listen more. Ask more. Actually answer each other. Because when we stop asking questions, we start assuming. And when we start assuming, that’s normally when everything goes to shit. Maybe we’d all understand each other a lot better if we stopped expecting people to read our minds.
