Easy to say when he was incarcerated for 3 years, and denied bail because of the “origin” of the funds. He changed attys serval times because retainer issues. If he was allowed to make a proper defense outside of jail he wouldn’t have made the phone calls, right? 3 years, don’t ignore that part
