I am inclined to believe that the system failed her. She asked for help, kept being given random drugs instead of real help. I am inclined to believe he failed her, by not ensuring she had the help. I believe he failed the kids, by leaving them alone with her and I believe she failed those children. Does she belong in jail, probably not. A locked psych ward. Yes.
