@tricity_rmt: Not every case of inner ankle pain is just a calf issue or “tightness.” What makes this one interesting is that the pain location is only part of the picture. In an actual assessment, I’d also be looking at things like: • How well the foot controls load during walking • Whether the heel changes position during a heel raise • How the arch behaves under load • Strength compared side to side • Whether resisted movements reproduce the familiar symptoms • How quickly the foot fatigues with repeated loading Those findings can help narrow down which structures may be contributing.
