S’mores Rolls Ingredients * 390 g flour (about 3¼ cups) * 290 g lukewarm milk (1 cup + 3 tbsp) * 1 tsp yeast * 3 tbsp sugar * 1 tsp salt * 45 g softened butter (3 tbsp) Filling * 4 tbsp custard cream * Handful of chocolate chips * Handful of chopped biscuits or cookies * Handful of mini marshmallows Instructions 1. In a bowl, mix the yeast, sugar, and lukewarm milk. Add the flour, salt, and softened butter. Mix until a sticky dough forms. Coil fold several times, cover for 20 minutes, then coil fold again. Cover and let rise for about 2 hours. 2. On a floured surface, flatten the dough into a thin rectangle. Spread the custard cream, then add the chocolate chips, crumbled biscuits, and mini marshmallows. Fold the dough as shown in the video, then cut into 5 strips. Roll each one up and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. 3. Cover and rest for 15 minutes. Brush with egg yolk mixed with a few drops of milk. 4. Bake at 350°F on the middle rack with bottom heat only for about 24 minutes, or until golden and fully baked. #smores #bread #breadtok #baking #homemadebread
