I don't really know how to translate that to an action step. like I agree. vulnerability is not safe in those environments. so I hear people say Grey Rock and to me that's just like suppression to be honest that's actually now I'm absorbing the energy. I hear people say document and then it does nothing like HR doesn't listen or care. I hear people say be patient and wait and you do that and then you waste your whole life because they are not ready to listen. so like there doesn't really seem to be a way to win. The system already thought of that that's why they delay and ignore. It doesn't seem like the solution is located within them. I mean it's a great idea but what does the plan require? what is the action step? what is the solution?
