When I was young I was riding with a guy driving a 1 ton stake truck and it was a January thaw . And he said "hey watch this" just then we hit a huge puddle of slushy water 🌊 and it sent a wave of white gray slush all over this poor woman who was wearing a full length fur coat. he didn't swerve but didn't slow down either..I laughed with him like I said I was young. but I never forgot that ladies face.....it was wet.

I had a car do this to me in the 90s when I was walking to school and I picked up a rock and busted his back window. He took me to court. My parents filmed the area he splashed me and we filmed cars going around it to not splash. The judge ruled in our favor and he had to pay for his back window his self
