とある給食の1コマ学校給食の人気献立でいつも上位にランクインするものと言えば… そう！きな粉揚げパンが今日の献立だ〜ッッ！！しかもツイストパンで作るバージョンだよ！！ツイストパンで作るとパンのねじり部分の間にきな粉と砂糖が入って落ちにくいから甘さがダイレクトに感じられるんだって！それは逆に言うと少ないきな粉と砂糖の量でも甘みを感じるからカロリーオフに出来るという事！と、言いつつめっちゃたっぷりきな粉掛かっとるやないか〜いw 口に入れた時にきな粉と砂糖のジャリジャリの食感と、噛むとジュワーッと広がる油とパンの甘みがたまらんのですよ！ 1人孤独のグルメをやりたくなる感じですw 今日も美味しく出来ました♪ A scene from a certain school lunch If you're talking about something that always ranks highly in the popular menus for school lunches... Yes! Today's menu is fried bread with soybeans flour!! And it's the version made with twist bread!! When made with twist bread, the kinako and sugar get caught in between the twisted parts of the bread, so they don't fall out easily, and you can feel the sweetness directly! On the other hand, this means that you can cut down on calories because you can feel the sweetness even with a small amount of kinako and sugar! But, look at how much kinako is on it lol The crunchy texture of the soybean flour and sugar when you put it in your mouth, and the sweetness of the oil and bread that spreads when you bite into it is irresistible!
