True… not enemy but people who were not pleased with me… from 147kg - 95kg then went into depression and gained all the weight back… those people smirked at me when I met them again… they were like “ I knew you couldn’t maintain”… getting back on track but it’s harder than before. Not posting progress like before… just privately this time… thanks for the reminder.
