Honestly just getting a proper deep cleanse helped me a ton, I use the Douxds Flex brush every night and it keeps my skin so clear

Less is more, not too many diff products especially new ones at once. I started benzoyl peroxide cleanser( alternate days with gentle cleanser) and clindamycin topical , gentle moisturizer…so far so good.

My skin was worst before.I went to the doctor and they gave me some medicine to drink and other medicine to apply on my skin and now it got better a lot. I use this type of cream. I hope this helps🥲
