@mdmlingbakery: We took a mic to the Mid-Autumn fair and asked shoppers two things. Who they're buying mooncakes for, and what they look for before they buy. The scoreboard filled up fast. Not too sweet. Not too rich. It has to taste good to the person receiving it. Then we let them taste our snowskin flavours: Belgium Double Chocolate, Red Dates Longan, Emerald Pandan Golden Yolk and Black Sesame Peanut Butter.
