@sdwhalewatch: 🗣️“Unpredictable” gets thrown around a lot in the whale‑watching world, but nothing earns that title more than the wildlife itself. This past week we had several encounters with different humpbacks, and just when we thought we had them figured out, they changed everything — speed, direction, feeding behavior, naps, rolling in kelp, even the occasional tail throw. Humpback encounters can shift in an instant.
