as an indo myself i find myself being shocked at the background behind the event lol, the things that were taught in history classes are a full 180 from what i read in that book. idk if it was just my teachers throughout middle school and highscool that just skipped over parts of events or if it was our lesson books that were just incomplete but we were taught that the events leading up to it had nothing to do with the cia and the event was just painted as a revolution to overthrow the current indo gov
