you can discipline a child without laying hands on them or causing them physical harm 🙄 can you imagine going to work, trying to learn the job, getting it from or "misbehaving" and your boss slapping you? pretty sure they'd be arrested but it's ok for a parent to do it?

In England the law says if it leaves no red marks - skin colour makes this so ridiculous and the real damage is from being hit by the adult a child has to try and then trust as their safe person That’s the greatest stress and harm the lasting one 😰😰

Its not illegal in the UK but highly frowned upon and if they get any wiff of constant use/ marks or anything which can be considered as abuse you will get a visit
