when I went to get a massage, the therapist was slightly tugging my hair and it actually help my migraine some. she said that's that her boyfriend would do when she got a migraine. Crazy how something crazy can help some. im one that I will try ANYTHING.

Oh! And feet in as hot of water as you can stand. Something about drawing the blood to your feet helps!
