My favorite are the seniors that have been retired 20 years that still make you say “doctor” when addressing them and theyre calling in bc they cant get logged into their account. And its every single month. But I can get logged into their account with their credentials w no problem. How do you professionally say “this is fucking user error not our system “ 🤣
