I'm still a blank slate, but my hope is to get something in sepia tones, maybe like a tea/watercolor piece. I'm pale so I'm not super into the stark contrast of black ink on me (looks LOVELY on others, but not right for me) Maybe some white highlights, too Black light ink tattoos are sick, too, but I don't know how realistic those are Love the way white ink resembles scars, though c:

no one in my area wants to do a white ink tattoo they all claim it will become yellow. I told them I did my research and that usually happens to dark skin and the shade of white they use but they say all skin colors turn yellow 😔

My gray wash fineline tattoo! I also have 2 white ink tattoos but it was such a fight to get them done. Most artists hate doing white ink 😭

Can confirm. I have an ornamental white in chest peice and 95% of people never notice and those that do say it looks like a ornate scar. Love it

This is my white ink tat. I got it done for my 20th bday. It’s been 4 years and it’s faded into looking like a scar now. I know one side is smaller. The person that did it didn’t really care to fix it. But I’m glad it’s white because i can always cover it up. But usually i get asked if it’s a scar.

Yesss I saw someone with a full gray wash back piece and arm sleeves it looked so cool. Like a whisper of the design! Also, only color tattoos ◡̈ mine all range from fresh(shark)-5 years old(puppy) and I’m so happy knowing they won’t fade to blue/green

This is my white tattoo 10 years ago fully and freshly healed. If I took a picture of my arm now you couldn’t even see it. So it just doesn’t last the way black does. I’ve always loved it, though!
