As someone who used to work for Gauteng DOH I can say this: MORE ambulances are needed in Joburg. This is a serious waste of resources and poor coordination between the city and the province. Imagine having to call for an ambulance to transfer a critically ill patient only to be told that the required ambulance is coming from another city/municipality. It’s Painful 💔

This not an issue of service unfortunately, it's an issue of privatization, if these ambulances go into service it affects profits maid by private sector members, ER24 & NETCARE911... Even if you vote for the DA those ambulances will infact be sold to those very companies rather than hiring paramedics to operate them for the municipality.... The Oppenheimer status co remains, PRIVATIZE EVERYTHING.

Unfortunately the ANC does not understand public services. They don't know what to do with critical resources as it serves the community, they can't do that physically or mentally.
