Nope, you have to take your own photos, take photos and a walk around video. Doesn't matter how minor you think it is. Take photos of the inside of the box and cabin too. Note if it smells off... like cigarettes, Mary Jane, ass, tuna or dead animal. Always pay for the extra insurance. I used to do collections for their insurance Repwest.

That’s not just U-Haul. That’s all vehicle rentals. you have to take photos videos circle all the little damage spots with a grease pen. The last thing they really want me to do is purchase that extra insurance for $15 because I’m gonna be jumping that bitch like the Dukes of Hazzard.

I used to work for U-Haul back in the late 90s early 2000 they always made the customer do a walk around when they didn’t get the insurance on a diagram paper of the truck and return it back inside before they left
