signed for a dataSim contract, they brought a not so wrking sim card. I reported the issue for quite a few time, at store, called, emailed. they're telling me that my account is already in debt, I have to paying the outstanding amount. I never gotten to use the simcard properly but I have to pay for it in order for them to fix the issue that was there before I even gotten to use the sim card. this is absurd. I won't pay for a failed service.
