during my job hunt, wala akong pinasahan na resumes online. i went to makati and bgc, sat down sa malapit na parks and googled all the companies i can visit. i made sure na may hiring posts sila before marking na i can visit. then i spent the whole day visiting these companies kahit na walang interview appointment. some of them hindi pumayag, pero marami din ang pumayag haha. i got a lot of job offers by doing that so i suggest if ayaw niyo magpasa ng sandamakmak na resume online without feeling accomplished, try visiting them onsite!

tip makipag kaibigan ng mas older sayo kasi most likely mas malawak din connections nila and info's saan ka pwedeng mag apply, pwede kadin nila mabigyan ng work if may ma offer sila (tip:kapag nakapag work ka na puro oldies kasama😆)like le is git minsan magbabanggit kapalang ng work na balak mo pasukan, napasukan na nila yun then mag gigive sila ng opinion about doon ganern tas mag bibigay din sila ng suggestions kung saan mas better ganon (pero choose wise sa matanda na iffriend hah😭mga nasa 30's to 40's kasi mga naka close ko as a 20yr old girly😆)kaya natin toh🙏🏻pwede nyo naman din kaibiganin mga HR😆char

Another tip: never burn bridges sa mga past coworkers kasi sila din tutulong sayo mag reco ng jobs. Kakahire lang sakin thru reco - over kasi ako sa pagkafriendly, nirereco ko din sila kahit san pwede mag hustle hard kahit di close. 🤣 Pangalagaan nyo work connections nyo. 🫶
