THIS graph is what finally made it click for me. 😳🌶️ Look at the numbers. My logged amount taken: 2.5 mg Stackr app estimated active level: 3.62 mg Wait…WHAT? 😂 That’s when I finally understood: The amount I take ≠ the estimated amount active in my body at that moment. Reta doesn’t just disappear before the next week. Because of its long half-life, some exposure from previous doses can still remain when another dose is taken. Then you repeat that process. Half-life → overlap → accumulation → eventually approaching steady state. And suddenly this graph made WAY more sense. This is why the Stackr app active-level graph has become one of my favorite features. Instead of looking only at what I took that week, I can see an estimate of how levels may rise and fall over time—and look at that alongside my energy, symptoms and progress. I stopped asking only: “What dose am I on?” And started paying attention to: “What does the bigger pattern look like?” Amount taken is one number. The timeline was the part I wasn’t paying attention to. 👀 For education/research only. Stackr’s estimated active level is a model, not a blood-level measurement or individualized medical guidance.
