Aside from the safety side of things from these being in HMOs, I bet it is going to cost 10/20 times more in HMOs as Serco (WE) are paying 3 times more than the going rate for rent, plus council tax, utilities, all bills, new furniture, etc etc! 🤬🤬🤬
