Thank you sooo much for articulating this so well — I’ve always felt fanfiction is an incredible gift of an artistic practice and develops your writing skills so much - for the exact reasons you said! You can jump straight in and just WRITE! Original world building can be happening slowly on the side, and in the meantime actually develop your practice

realmente me gustaría volver a escribir como lo hacia antes, pero tengo un bloqueo de 6 años, tengo tantas ideas e estado en tantos lugares mi mente está llena de referencias de la vida real que puedo escribir y explotar pero simplemente no puedo, si empiezo algo lo dejo a medias o hago resúmenes para escribir más tarde, lit un fracaso.
