On Wednesday morning, more than two dozen Democratic-controlled states filed a new lawsuit against the U.S. Postal Service challenging President Donald Trump's executive order on mail-in voting. The original case was deemed premature by the U.S. Supreme Court earlier this week because the Postal Service rule had not been finalized. That decision led a federal judge in a separate case Wednesday to lift a block on the president's order.
