This is why they say people who break one addiction often just trade up for another. A lot of people stop drinking only to be addicted to caffeine or sugar or nicotine et cetera you have to actually address the root cause of what you were trying to avoid with that addiction.

A lady died from this years ago. She was in a competition (I think outdoor video game or dance competition), it was to win something like a gaming console. She drank so much water that it killed her. YALL. YOU CAN GET WATER INTOXICATION.
