I tried this and seemed great in theory but not everyone is going to be as careful as you are looking after your clothes. I personally buy to rewear myself and only spend in pieces I can wear for years. Renting them out will cut years of me enjoying those pieces. I think this might work for fast fashion spenders or big spenders who only want a couple of wears of their clothes

This is interesting, but I wonder if accessories would be more profitable than a clothes. For example, I have a few LV bags from my time working there, things like gifts and purchases and they currently in boxes for years, with no use. I don’t want to sell them (and technically I’m not allowed 😬) but I might consider this for the couple of items that I wouldn’t mind people wearing and returning.

Yes I love lending out my dresses for a little bit of extra income! I have a couple of gorgeous dresses that I don’t wear and have a post office nearby

I tried to do it as I do have a lot of beautiful dresses and I don’t want to sell them as people want expensive dresses for barely anything on TikTok but I realised it was a headache with dealing with people while working full time (I work 70 hours in a week)
