Zizye Espageti Makawoni Here’s what you’ll need: Fresh chicken gizzards Sour orange White vinegar Lime Epis MSG-free chicken bouillon base Garlic powder Complete seasoning Black pepper Thyme Clove powder Fresh parsley Water Elbow macaroni Oil Red and green bell peppers Sun-dried tomatoes Unsweetened ketchup Tomato sauce, just a little Onions Quick method: Trim, clean, cut, and season the gizzards. Cook them covered with parsley until tender, reserving the flavorful cooking liquid. Set the gizzards and liquid aside separately, then lightly fry the gizzards. Boil the elbow macaroni in a separate pot. Add the peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, reserved gizzard liquid, unsweetened ketchup, and a small amount of tomato sauce to the gizzards. Mix in the macaroni, spread sliced onions on top, cover briefly to steam, then uncover and mix well. My family enjoyed this meal two ways, first with Japanese salad, then with white rice, macaroni on the side, and extra gizzard sauce drizzled over the rice.
