Finance for as long as possible as long as the interest rate remains the best you qualify for. If it’s 2.9% for 36-60 months, finance for 60. Obligated yourself to the lowest monthly payment and if you’re able to make a higher loan payment, make a higher payment. These are simple interest loans. But if things get tight or unexpected expenses arrive, you are only obligated to make the cheap 60 month payment.
