@nicholas_crown: Supercar and luxury watch collectors will find all sorts of explanations for skyrocketing prices, but it's extremely simple - more concentrated wealth chasing scarce assets with a weaker dollar. And none of this shows up in CPI, so inflation looks elevated, but under control on the surface while rare cars double in value from the same pool of buyers as last year.
