Johannesburg council meeting was postponed a couple hours, because there was no diesel for the generator, to provide electricity, because they already couldn't supply electricity to themselves 🤦 that's because of the ANC... They couldn't even have a shred of competence to make sure a generator had diesel because they ALREADY couldn't provide electricity
