I’ll never understand the jargon. Biweekly means twice a week. Bimonthly means twice a month. Either way it goes, I thought you were telling me to pay my mortgage twice a month lol

most banks don't do this and if they do they home the payment until the full amount is received. take an extra payment and divide by 12 and apply an extra 1/12 principle payment
