Mutton Tahiri 😍 Comfort Meal For Everyone🍚 . . ½ cup mustard oil ½ kg bone-in mutton 1 onion, sliced 2 tomatoes, chopped 1½ tbsp ginger-garlic paste 2 bay leaves 5 peppercorns 3–4 cloves 3–4 green cardamoms 1 black cardamom 1 small cinnamon stick 1 tbsp red chilli powder 1 tsp turmeric 1 tbsp coriander powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp garam masala Salt to taste 4½ cups water 2 cups soaked rice 5–6 green chillies, slit 4–5 dried plums (aloo bukhara) Fresh coriander & mint Method Heat mustard oil in a pressure cooker. Add whole spices and sliced onion; sauté until lightly golden. Add ginger-garlic paste, then mutton mix it then add tomatoes, spices and salt. Mix well, add 4½ cups water, and pressure cook for 25–30 minutes until the mutton is tender. Add soaked rice, green chillies, aloo bukhara, coriander and mint. Adjust salt. Cook on high heat until most of the water is absorbed, then cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes for dum.
