I don't love that manipulation of the system , its hard enough to get reasonable accommodation... not being able to do the bulk of your position is not a reasonable accommodation, time for a different role.

everybody wants people on disability to "get a job and stop living off of taxpayer funding" but nobody wants to accommodate those on disability who are able to do one part of a job but not others, due to that disability

Far too many people in the comments are acting similarly to how people responded to the McDonald's hot coffee incident. One short video does not cover all the details, all the nuances, of the woman's situation. The key takeaway is that she won the lawsuit in an era where actually caring for mental health is still a new concept. The company 100% messed up, not her.

insane amount of people in the comments misunderstanding such a short video. the company already helped her by taking less video calls and taking more emails or charts instead, so clearly video calls was NOT the main job. and the lawsuit was not related to having to take a video call for the job, but for having to a a training session (NOT THE JOB SHE WAS HIRED FOR) on video call AFTER she already said video calls make her anxious. she was put in a position that she EXPLICITLY said makes her anxious for no reason

If someone says, “my disability makes this work impossible for me” and your job brushes it off and says suck it up-that violates their protections! I’m no lawyer, but if they had just tried to accommodate her disability in any way at all this would have gone differently.
