For years my dog and my sisters dog were friendly. She could bring her dog over and they would play and be fine. After years of this, my sister brought her dog over and my dog wouldn’t let him in the house. He had cancer.

My dog new before any of us that my husband had lung cancer. By the time we found out that he had a 10cm tumor in his upper lobe our pup hadn’t left his side for at least 3 months. He didn’t leave his side for 3 more months when he died. our dog grieved hard! Especially when I turned on the electric blanket my love used while he was apparently dying. Our buddy struggled for many many weeks [Crying]

My dog was dying of cancer and was extremely weak. Moving was very painful for him. My older brother's friend was a vet and was scheduled to come over that day to help him cross the rainbow bridge. I was leaving for school that morning and this was the last time with him. He was sleeping on this thick throw rug near the front door. With tears is my eyes I nealt down and started petting his head while I told him I loved him and he was a good boy. Despite how painful it was for him he sat up and leaned against me with his head on my shoulder so I could give him a hug. He knew this was the last time we would see each other. I said goodbye and left for school.

Dogs are AMAZING they have trained dogs to sense a seizure is about to happen so the human knows to stop what ever and get to the ground, they have dogs that also do this for high and low blood sugar so the human knows to check, same with frequent lung infections they warn the human even before any symptom so they can take antibiotics, the list goes on. My dog sniffs my leg every time they come in from outside to see if i changed my “house clothes” to leave the house clothes then they go to their kennel and wait for a treat when i havent said a thing.

When I was having a bad anxiety attack and pain after falling and hitting my head my husbands dog laid on my chest something she never does and calmed me down completely . My cats sways lays on me when I’m stressed or anxious and she puts her paw on my chest and then I feel better so they both do it. ❤️Beautiful animals
