Georgian food for the first time! 🇬🇪✨ Georgia sits at the crossroads of Eastern Europe and Western Asia, and you can definitely taste that mix of influences in the food. Also VERYYYY cheese forward. 🧀 One of the best parts about eating your way through NYC is getting to experience so many different cultures and flavors, so we used our time in the West Village to try something completely new. What we ordered at 📍Ubani: 🧀 Adjaruli Khachapuri aka the iconic Georgian cheese boat. Bread, melted cheese, butter + egg… enough said. 🥘 Beef stew rich and comforting, few pomegranates for freshness. 🥗 Ubani Salad the fresh break we definitely needed between all that cheese. First Georgian food experience was a success 🇬🇪 Would absolutely explore more of this cuisine. #GeorgianFood #NYCFood #WestVillageNYC #NYCRestaurants #NYCFoodie
