@newsnationnow: Prosecutor Jennifer Sprague, in closing arguments, says #LindsayClancy was “controlling the presentation” of her mental state to her providers. Sprague alleges Clancy “knew the difference between right and wrong during that time, because she had those thoughts at the beginning of December of harming her kids, and she told Patrick and her mother about them. But who she didn't tell is important and very telling. She didn't tell a single provider.”
If I was a jury - I would look at both side and I'm not afraid to convict Lindsay. But there is too many inconsistencies in this case. I would vote Not Guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. I cannot confidently say she did it or didn't do it.
The Prosecution failed to show proof that she did this intentionally, they failed to bring in expert who live and breath Post Postpartum and Psychosis, and Patrick had too many inconsistent statement. I do not believe the Sheriff Department fully investigated this case, therefore they failed. NOT GUILTY.

Just waiting on Patrick’s trial, which is coming soon…………. Not saying he is guilty or anything, but just waiting on the trial……. Stay tuned. Red purposely could not say this on trial because it was not Patrick’s trial. He played the part really really well. Remember when he asked the psychiatrist about the book that he wrote and then he said never mind I was wrong and the psychiatrist had to then admit he was wrong… inconsistencies bring reasonable doubt
