We got back together and then separated again one month later. All the things she cited about how when I pulled back or left her with uncertainty and worries because of my silence, were all the things that I felt when she didn’t reply to texts or responded in a cold way when she did reply. It seemed so wild that she basically vocalised the things I had felt, and yet she claimed that it was only me who pulled back without explaining my thinking and that she never did that.

My avoidant ended things, and when we still talked, work got busy so I didn’t reply for 5 hours. She said “are you ignoring me!?!!??” I wasn’t, but even if I was, why do you care when you are the one who ended things??
