I would start on the 19s hit t19 leaves d5 hit s19 leaves 48 16 d16 or 8 d20 and if you miss hit the 7 20 d20

If you hit a 3 or a 2 you still have trebles you can hit to leave a double. E.G. if you hit 2 leaves 6, t15 leaves d10. If you hit a 3 leaves 64 t8 for tops or t16 for d8. Also if you hit a 3 its double double 16
