They are in plainclothes. I know a 17 year old that was taken at the airport and they put him in solitary confinement bc they couldn’t protect him in general population. He is white. They also move the prisoners to other locations quickly so families and lawyers can’t find and help them.

I feel like I’ve heard reports like this for close to a year now. Immigration control is one thing, but ICE is unconstitutional and outright sinister. We need change now.

Wait until we see the August numbers. Oregon partners are already reporting 80+ detentions this month alone, roughly double where we were last August. The part I keep thinking about is how quiet it has become. Less attention does not mean less enforcement.
