@abbyeckel: I DM’d her because they have a small child together. And I know that men don’t just treat strangers online in such a hateful way - often treat the women they know in their own lives similarly. I also had a few more women reach out that they had also had him blocked for similar actions. I never expect an apology from the wives of men who DM me. I reach out purely out of concern for their safety and well-being.
